• The Natal 9th Lord in the 9th or 5th house from the Natal Lagna in the Navamsha or Dashamsha or both. For example, in the case of Virgo Lagna, the 9th lord is Venus, the 9th house is Taurus, and the 5th house is Capricorn. Venus should be either in Taurus or Capricorn in Navamsha and Dashamsha or any of these two Varga charts. [Note - Ignore the Navamsha and Dashamsha Lagnas and stick to only the Natal Lagna in these two Varga charts.]

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION: Shri K.P.S. Menon, ICS (1922). He was the first Foreign Secretary of Independent India. He was also the Ambassador of India to the then-integrated Soviet Union (now Russia), Hungary, and Poland. After his superannuation, he became the Chairperson of the prestigious Union Public Service Commission. A highly learned and respected person. He was first in the 1922 batch of the Indian Civil Service now Indian Administrative Service. During the British regime, he also held various prestigious positions.

He became the Minister of Sports & Youth Affairs. He also held the coveted post of the Chief Election Commissioner of India and introduced EVM in conducting elections, which was a landmark step. He authored several books.
